How will investing in Aqua Properties work?
- Our typical investment terms are from 9 months to 5 year terms.
- We offer returns from 10% – 12% p.a. (interest rates may go up or down)
- Funds are secured by a legal charge against the assets.
- All assets are acquired through a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), which is a UK Limited Company.
- Returns are generated through strong rental yields or by adding capital value through development or refurbishment.
